Shane has always been drawn to finance, and has built his 24-year career around business development and building new markets. He has an extensive history of transforming community banks into great local businesses, built on common sense solutions and strong planning techniques. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, with a degree in Business Administration and Finance, first beginning his career as a teller while in college.

As a 37 year veteran of the banking industry, Michael is a trusted resource for local businesses because of his extensive background in finance, accounting and operations.  In addition, his skill set is highly valued inside the bank to help everything flow smoothly, and his strategic counsel helps our community bank with planning for the future.  Michael is a graduate of Winona State University, receiving a degree in Accounting.

With over 20 years in community banking, Richard can help take your business to the next level.  With previous experience as a Credit Analyst, Loan Officer, and OREO Manager, Richard has seen all sides of the business lending operation and can help guide customers to find the best financing solution, no matter how complex it is.  He is a graduate of University of South Dakota and has received awards from the Golden Key and Alpha Theta National Honor Society.

With extensive experience as a small business owner and accountant, Sylvan has spent the last 13 years of his career in community banking, applying those real life principles to help customers find financing solutions.  This experience can benefit your business, working with someone who comes from the outside world and is a creative problem solver for commercial and industrial lending.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration and also serves in the community as RMA Wisconsin Chapter Board Member, adult leader for 4-H horse project and Superintendent of the Polk County Fair Horse Show.
