Position Summary: This full-time position supports the Bank’s lending functions and is responsible for the management of the physical and electronic loan credit and collateral files. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing and reviewing all applicable loan documents to meet closing requirements, maintaining and safekeeping of credit and collateral files, maintaining an accurate tickler system to assure timely and complete document recordings, collecting current insurance policies, filing documents accurately in the correct loan files and processing paid loans. Obtain lien searches, UCC searches and releases. Orders appraisals, title insurance commitments, insurance evidence and other documentation necessary to establish Bank’s collateral position. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service with customers and staff answering questions, inquiries, and advancing funds in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer Associate Degree in Financial Services or Administrative Assistant or related program. Prefer at least one year of related experience and customer service experience required. Experience in producing business correspondence and reports; ability to organize work efficiently and to prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks; demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. NMLS license required or ability to obtain.
