Position Summary: First Bank of Baldwin is seeking a part-time Teller (averaging 12 hours per week) to work primarily at the Baldwin office location. Additional hours available for summer months (and non-school days). Position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing. This will include taking deposits, withdrawals, and transfers for customers. Additionally, the teller may provide other services, such as prepaid cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, cashing bonds, etc. This position also refers customers to other bank departments as appropriate for additional services. Also responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws including but not limited to, The Bank Secrecy Act. Understands compliance issues and attends training as it relates to the position.
Primary location is the Baldwin office location. Candidate must be able to work scheduled shifts including Saturday mornings and after school hours. Position eligible for the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship program.
Qualifications: Must be 15 years of age – High School sophomore or junior preferred. Experience with customer service and cash handling preferred. Candidate must possess good communication skills, be able to stand for extended periods of time, and able to carry coin (or other materials) weighing up to 30 pounds to vault area. Good working knowledge and abilities with computers and computer applications. We seek demonstrated ability to provide the highest quality of customer service in an efficient, professional and accurate manner consistent with First Bank of Baldwin’s values and standards.
Salary: Competitive salary and additional (differential) pay of $3.00 per hour for working Saturdays.
