Position Summary: This position is responsible for developing, managing and growing a portfolio of commercial relationships. Responsible for identifying needs and providing assistance to current and prospective Bank customers for the purpose of recommending and selling First Bank of Baldwin products and services and advising customers of lending and banking service options available. Also responsible for analyzing risk, approving and disbursing loans to customers in accordance with established Bank policies. Prepares and presents loan and credit analysis to committees for use in the making of lending decisions on new, renewal and extension loans. Responsible for expanding and deepening existing customer relationships through referrals to other business. Participates in local organizations, clubs etc. to promote the Bank and to support the community.

Qualifications: Requires 4-year college degree in finance or business administration (or related area) and a minimum of 3 – 5 years of commercial lending experience. Experience in commercial, real estate loan underwriting and loan portfolio management. Thorough understanding of risks (market, rate, leverage, etc.) as it applies to the lending/borrowing process and demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical loan documents, financial statements, ratios and tax returns. NMLS license required or ability to obtain. Position Summary:  Are you tired of working evenings, weekends and holidays?  Are you friendly, energetic, and interested in contributing to the community?   If so, First Bank of Baldwin is the change you are looking for and we invite you to apply for our position.   First Bank of Baldwin is seeking full to part-time Universal Tellers to work primarily at the Clear Lake location.  Position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing.  This will include taking deposits, withdrawals, and transfers for customers.  Additionally, tellers may provide other services, such as prepaid cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, cashing bonds, etc.  This position also provides assistance to current and prospective Bank customers for the purpose of selling First Bank of Baldwin products and services and advising customers of account and banking service options available and also refer customers to other bank departments as appropriate for additional services.   Also responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws including but not limited to, The Bank Secrecy Act. Understands compliance issues and attends training as it relates to the position.

 

Primary location is the Clear Lake location; however work location and hours may vary by coverage need.  Full-time positions will average 40 hours per week and part-time average a min of 20 – 24 hrs/week and must be able to work flexible hours.  Position will rotate Saturday shifts with other incumbents.

 

Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  1 – 2 years previous teller and cash handling experience preferred.  Experience with customer service required.   Candidate must possess good communication skills, be able to stand for extended periods of time, and able to carry coin (or other materials) weighing up to 30 pounds to vault area.  We seek demonstrated ability to provide the highest quality of customer service in an efficient, professional and accurate manner consistent with First Bank of Baldwin’s values and standards.
