Part-time Universal Teller

Position Summary:  First Bank of Baldwin is seeking a part-time Universal Teller to work at the Baldwin, Spring Valley or Plum City office location. Position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing.  This will include taking deposits, withdrawals, and transfers for customers.  Additionally, tellers may provide other services, such as prepaid cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, cashing bonds, etc.  This position also provides assistance to current and prospective Bank customers for the purpose of selling First Bank of Baldwin products and services and advising customers of account and banking service options available and also refer customers to other bank departments as appropriate for additional services.   Also responsible for ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws including but not limited to, The Bank Secrecy Act. Understands compliance issues and attends training as it relates to the position.

Primary location is the Baldwin or Spring Valley office location; however work location and hours may vary by coverage need. Part-time position will average a minimum of 18 – 20 hours per week and must be able to work flexible hours.  Typical days include Monday and Friday and a minimum of two Saturday morning shifts per month with other incumbents.  Additional hours and days may be available.

Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  1 – 2 years previous teller and cash handling experience preferred.  Experience with customer service required.   Candidate must possess good communication skills, be able to stand for extended periods of time, and able to carry coin (or other materials) weighing up to 30 pounds to vault area.  We seek demonstrated ability to provide the highest quality of customer service in an efficient, professional and accurate manner consistent with First Bank of Baldwin’s values and standards.

Loan Assistant / Processor

Position Summary: This full-time position supports the Bank’s lending functions and is responsible for the management of the physical and electronic loan credit and collateral files. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing and reviewing all applicable loan documents to meet closing requirements, maintaining and safekeeping of credit and collateral files, maintaining an accurate tickler system to assure timely and complete document recordings, collecting current insurance policies, filing documents accurately in the correct loan files and processing paid loans. Obtain lien searches, UCC searches and releases. Orders appraisals, title insurance commitments, insurance evidence and other documentation necessary to establish Bank’s collateral position. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service with customers and staff answering questions, inquiries, and advancing funds in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Prefer Associate Degree in Financial Services or Administrative Assistant or related program.  Prefer at least one year of related experience and customer service experience required. Experience in producing business correspondence and reports; ability to organize work efficiently and to prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks; demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.  NMLS license required or ability to obtain.
